No, just a 3rd party who is trying to make your life easier. After your tax payment is complete we send the printed forms and a check to the tax office on the 20th of the month on your behalf.

As safe as possible, your credit card information is accepted directly by our credit card processor (one of the largest in the industry) and is never stored in our system. We never even see your credit card number except the last 4 digits. The information about your property or properties is encrypted in our system as well.

I do wish we could do this for free, but we are forced to charge a service charge of 6.00% on your tax payment. Of this 3% (technically 2.9% + $0.30) goes to the credit card processor and the remainder goes to pay the cost of running this sevice. (website hosting, mailing supplies, etc.)

I know this may sound high but at usual rates for vacation rentals it really isn't bad at all:

Similar to the mailed form you must have your payment completed by midnight on 20th of the month; that way we can have it in the mail on the 20th. (This is the night of the 19th/morning of the 20th.)
